This interdisciplinary symposium on cities across the globe launches the Great Cities Institute research cluster: Dynamics of Global Mobility. Spatial planning, public space, urban landscapes, economic restructuring, displacement and mobility, everyday insurgencies, youth engagement, safety and security, and the politics of neoliberalism are just some of the topics to be discussed in a roundtable format.
