Dr. Massol Deyá will share insights from Casa Pueblo?s groundbreaking activation of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean?s first interconnected network of solar microgrids, a historic achievement demonstrating how communities can build resilient, democratic energy systems independent of centralized fossil-fuel infrastructure.
