Raheem Uqdah is a sustainability and social impact professional focused on advancing community-centered strategies and systems change. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy at the University of Illinois Chicago, he brings a multidisciplinary background in communications, nonprofit development, and corporate social responsibility.
Raheem has held leadership roles at Curaleaf, including Vice President and Senior Director of Corporate Social Responsibility, where he built partnerships with community organizations, government stakeholders, and nonprofits to drive equitable impact initiatives. He has also worked as a social impact consultant, supporting organizations in developing strategic plans and securing resources for large-scale community investments.
In addition to his professional work, Raheem serves on the board of West Town Bikes and as an advisory board member for City Colleges of Chicago–Olive-Harvey College, contributing to programming in urban agriculture and emerging industries. His work is grounded in inclusive engagement, strategic thinking, and a commitment to building sustainable, community-driven solutions.
