Steve Schlickman, executive director of the Urban Transportation Center, appeared on FOX 32 this morning to discuss how drivers successfully avoided the Kennedy Expressway last weekend. Schlickman urged drivers to do the same this weekend, and to observe Dump the Pump Day this Thursday by taking public transportation.
