Michael Pagano, GCI fellow and dean of the College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs, appeared on WTTW 11’s “Chicago Tonight” in a panel on competing bids for the Obama Presidential Library. Pagano stressed UIC’s alignment with Obama’s agenda and legacy, particularly in access to education and health care.
