Elisabeth Rask is a Master’s candidate in Urban Planning and Policy (MUPP) at UIC, pursuing an economic development concentration. After obtaining her B.S. in Landscape Architecture from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Elisabeth worked in the AEC industries for 3 years, focusing on construction permitting, project management, and project financial analysis. She has volunteered extensively with Chicago’s homeless community and intends to focus her career on affordable housing development.
